This year due to Covid-19 restrictions, our Annual General Meeting will be taking place in the open air (weather permitting). Shareholders are warmly invited to join us in the Village Hall car park at 4.30pm on Sunday 6th September.
Please come prepared for the conditions on the day. We will be observing social distancing, although you may like also to wear a mask. A limited number of chairs will be available, but you are able to bring your own chair, that would be very helpful.
Sadly we will be unable to provide any refreshments this year, but do feel free to bring your own if you would like to.
There are some important decisions on the agenda, so if you are a shareholder, please do come along to join in the discussions and the voting.
