We are delighted to announce a new vacancy at Hawkesbury Stores, a newly-created full-time role (37 Hours) as Deputy Manager of Hawkesbury Stores.
Hawkesbury Stores is a community-owned shop which serves this vibrant community 7 days a week. It is a much-valued community asset, and we are looking for someone to join our team.
Whether you are thinking about a career in retail, or looking for a step into management, this role could be for you.
As well as working in the shop, this role will take responsibility for the effective operation of the shop in support of the Shop Manager.
We are looking for someone who has:
- experience of working in a customer-facing environment
- a friendly and engaging manner
- great communication skills
Experience of working as a manager would be great but not essential.
We will provide training on our specific systems, but you will need to be IT literate.
